Return Policy

Generally speaking we do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if a return request is made due to a mistake we made or adamaged merchandise, we will take full responsibility and will take one of the following corrective actions:

  1. If the issue is on the personalized shirt, we will replace the shirt with a new one at our cost, with shipping free of charge.
  2. In case of a damaged plush, we will send out the replacement free of charge.
  3. Should the customer desire to return the merchandise in question for a refund, we will be glad to issue the full refund provided such request is made within 30 days of shipment and upon the receipt the returned merchandise.
