Return Policy

Generally speaking we do notaccept returns on personalized items. However, if a return request is made due to a mistake we made or adamaged merchandise, we will take full responsibility and will take one of thefollowing corrective actions:

1. If the issue is on the personalized shirt, we willreplace the shirt with a new one at our cost, with shipping free of charge.

2. In case of a damaged plush, we will send out thereplacement free of charge.

3. Should the customer desire to return the merchandise inquestion for a refund, we will be glad to issue the full refund provided suchrequest is made within 30 days of shipment and upon the receipt the returnedmerchandise.
